Students will benefit from high-quality tuition covering a wide spectrum of hardware and software technologies, giving an excellent foundation for pursuing a career in IT. This hands-on course will provide exceptional practical experience of installation, configuration, fault finding, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, basic systems support for hardware and software and the fundamentals of computer networking, as well as Health and Safety and customer support.

You will complete the course by taking an exam to achieve the qualification. This course is available on a full and part-time basis and is fully funded for students over the age of 19.
