Course Information
Introduction:
This course is designed to provide learners with IT sector awareness. It will do this by increasing the knowledge and understanding of roles and issues relating to Cyber Security & AI. It will also act as a steppingstone for learners who wish to study cyber security at a higher level.
What you will learn:
You will acquire the knowledge and understanding of the principles of cyber security & AI.
It is made up of six modules as follows: Introduction to cyber security, Understand terminology used in cyber security, Understand legal and ethical aspects of cyber security, Understand common threats to cyber security, Understand methods of maintaining cyber security & Working with others in cyber security.
In addition the course will cover an additional module on Artificial Intelligence Essentials for work & Intro to AI for the Creative sectors.
Assessment:
You will complete the course by taking assessments to achieve the qualification.
Cost:
This course is available on a part-time basis and is FREE for eligible students over the age of 19+ through our partner institutions.
