Introduction:
The course provides an excellent foundation for students pursuing a career in IT and provides a broad knowledge of computer hardware, operating system technologies and networking. The course includes excellent practical experience of installation, configuration, fault finding, preventive maintenance and the fundamentals of computer networking.
What you will learn:
Installation, configuration, fault finding, maintenance, basic systems support for hardware and software, being safe online, customer service and the fundamentals of home computer networking.
Assessment:
You will complete the course by taking assessments to achieve the qualification.
Cost:
This course is available on a part-time basis and is FREE for eligible students over the age of 19+ through our partner institutions.
